Hello! I'm Emery, a Mechanical Engineering student at Olin College of Engineering, class of '26. In the classroom, I am passionate about product design and iteration using Computer-Aided Design and fabrication. After completing my bachelor's degree, I plan to pursue product design. Outside the classroom, I act as a mechanical engineer on Olin's first human-centered engineering project team, focused on assistive technology. We are using user-oriented collaborative design to build prosthetics that seamlessly integrate with the human body.
As an Olin student, I learned to prototype, ideate, and implement my ideas in a hands-on environment. I have strong collaborative and technical skills, such as project management, adaptability, analytical thinking, maintaining team health, and the ability to use SOLIDWORKS, Onshape, CNC routers, 3D printers, and more. My experience working on projects in class and my time as the Chassis Sub-Team lead on Olin Baja taught me to be a strong communicator and flexible.
